Runs a LED source and moves on a wheeled base, rather than mounting fixed to a wall or ceiling.
An examination light is a fixed or mobile lighting fixture built to illuminate a patient during a clinical examination or a minor procedure. It is an appliance, not a hand instrument: it carries no blade, jaw or joint of its own. Catalogs describe it by three figures: illuminance at a stated working distance, in lux; color temperature, in K; and color rendering, given as CRI or Ra. It differs from an operating theatre light by a lower illuminance ceiling and by publishing no shadow dilution performance, the measure of how far a light keeps lighting a cavity when a head or a hand blocks part of the beam, because an examination light is not built to light an open body cavity. IEC 60601-2-41 is the standard written for this class of fixture, and its title covers both surgical luminaires and luminaires for diagnosis. It does not cover a worn headlight, a dental luminaire or general room lighting.

- Mounted on a mobile floor stand with castors, a wall bracket, a table or desk clamp, or a fixed ceiling mount
- Adjustable gooseneck or articulating arm between the head and the base, so the beam is aimed at the point of examination
- Focusable head on some models, varying the light field diameter across a stated range
- More than one brightness setting on adjustable models
- A worn headlight is a related but separate device, and IEC 60601-2-41 puts it outside its own scope
- No cutting, gripping or jointed working end: an appliance rather than a hand instrument

Every batch of steel is ordered to a specified grade and arrives with the mill's own certificate, which identifies the mill and states the grade. TGI checks the material at the factory against its own requirement before it goes into production. That check is TGI's own inspection, not an independent laboratory test.
TGI manufactures in its own factory in Sialkot and also supplies articles made by contracted partner workshops, to TGI's specification. Which applies to a given article is confirmed on your order.
One-year guarantee on Premium and Executive tier instruments, hollowware and sterilization containers: any technical manufacturing defect, including material faults and rust, is replaced free of charge. Damage from handling or accidents is not covered. The year runs from the day the goods leave Sialkot.
If something is wrong with a delivery (a manufacturing defect, or a short or wrong article), tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, with a video and photographs of what arrived. Replacement instruments are sent free of charge and dispatched within 24 hours of us seeing them; you pay the shipping, and they reach you as a normal order does.
Damage that happened after the goods left Sialkot is a claim against your carrier. The video of your parcel at the shipping office is sent to you before shipment and is the evidence that claim needs.
