A supplier is easy to describe and hard to prove. This page is only the second kind. 4 of the 6 you can confirm from your own desk, without telling us you looked. The other 2 (an instrument in your hand, and the number that answers) you have to ask us for, and that is the point at which you find out what we are like.

Numbers you can take to the issuer
Every certificate we hold is published with its number, its issuer and its scope, and its expiry date where the document states one. Where the issuer runs a register, a link beside it takes you to their copy, so what you check is theirs and not ours, and if our page and their register ever disagreed, theirs would be right. Where no register exists, we say so and reproduce the document untouched.

Four locked quality tiers: Economy AISI 410 · Clinical AISI 420 · Premium AISI 420-440C · Executive AISI 440C. Hollowware and sterilization containers: Clinical AISI 202 · Premium and Executive AISI 304. All instruments and hollowware passivated.

Free samples for all buyers: you pay only the sample shipping cost. Samples dispatched within 48 hours.

The guarantee
A defect is replaced, and the terms are printed
One-year guarantee on Premium and Executive tier instruments, hollowware and sterilization containers: any technical manufacturing defect, including material faults and rust, is replaced free of charge. Damage from handling or accidents is not covered. The year runs from the day the goods leave Sialkot. The guarantee is written into TGI's offer terms in the same words it is published in here. If something is wrong with a delivery (a manufacturing defect, or a short or wrong article), tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, with a video and photographs of what arrived. Replacement instruments are sent free of charge and dispatched within 24 hours of us seeing them; you pay the shipping, and they reach you as a normal order does. Damage that happened after the goods left Sialkot is a claim against your carrier. The video of your parcel at the shipping office is sent to you before shipment and is the evidence that claim needs.
