Your name on the steel

OEM and private-label surgical instrument manufacturing

Instruments are marked to the buyer's requirement (TGI, unmarked, or the buyer's own brand), agreed on the order.

From product customization to branded production, we manufacture surgical, dental and diagnostic instruments for global distributors and healthcare brands.

We manufacture under our buyers' brands. The complete written specification you approve is what we lock (pattern, size, finish, marking, packaging and the steel tier), so what you sell under your name is the same instrument every time.

Built to your requirement

Send the requirement first, not the order

We build to what you need rather than asking you to pick from what exists. Six things move to your specification.

  • Pattern

Built to your own pattern as well as from the catalog. Whether a pattern or mark developed for one buyer is held exclusive to him is agreed per order.
  • Size

Built to your own size as well as from the catalog.
  • Finish

Set by the tier: satin · fine polish · mirror polish.
  • Steel tier

One of four, locked for the life of the order.
  • Laser marking

Your mark, applied to the instrument.
  • Packaging

Your box, your pouch, your insert.

In detail

Laser logo marking. Your mark is applied permanently to the instrument. On the Executive line, marking is part of the standard hundred-percent inspection step.

Custom packaging and pouching. Your box, your pouch, your insert. Tell us the format and we build to it.

A locked specification. The complete written specification you approve does not move between orders: pattern, size, finish, marking, packaging and the steel tier. That whole document is what your buyer is paying for, so that whole document is what we hold fixed.

Our range, your brand

Private Label Medical Instrument Manufacturing

OEM starts with your drawing. Private label starts with ours: you choose articles we already manufacture, and we build them into your own branded range.

Choose from what we already make. The catalogue runs to 2,500+ surgical, dental and diagnostic instruments across 11 categories, 44 of them with a full published specification. You select the articles your market buys; there is no drawing to prepare and no tooling to commission, because the article already exists. Open the catalog.

Your brand on the instrument.Instruments are marked to the buyer's requirement (TGI, unmarked, or the buyer's own brand), agreed on the order.

Packaging, labeling and presentation. Your box, your pouch, your insert, and articles grouped into the sets you sell rather than shipped loose. Tell us the format and we build to it.

Customization where it is feasible. Pattern, size, finish and steel tier all move to your specification on a private-label order exactly as they do on an OEM one. What we will not do is agree to something we cannot hold: each request is confirmed as technically and commercially feasible in the written offer before it becomes part of your specification.

Nothing is produced before you approve it. We make the sample carrying your marking and packaging, and you approve it. If it is not right we change it and make it again: production does not start until it matches.

Inspection under the same quality system. A branded order is inspected at each stage under the quality system covered by our ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certificates: the same system, whoever's name is on the box. Both ISO certificates share certificate number 920229 and are distinguished by their validity codes. Open the certificates.

Export, prepared with the goods.Which documents travel with a private-label consignment is agreed with you on the order. TGI remains the named manufacturer of the instruments it makes, including on orders carrying the buyer's own brand. How the manufacturer is named on your label is agreed per order.

Minimums. An order carrying your own brand takes the same minimum as the catalogue. A minimum for your own printed box, pouch or insert is agreed per order.

Commercials

Minimum order
Minimum orders start at 25 sets. Every page states the minimum that applies to it: its own for the articles with a published specification, its category's for the rest.
An order carrying your own brand takes the same minimum as the catalog.
A minimum for your own printed box, pouch or insert is agreed per order.
Lead times
Instruments ~2-3 weeks · full sets ~4-6 weeks after advance.
That clock starts when you approve the sample. Prototyping and revision rounds sit before it, and the lead time for your own article is confirmed in the written offer. How long the prototype and revision loop takes, and where the advance falls against it, are agreed per order.
Samples
Free samples for all buyers: you pay only the sample shipping cost. Samples dispatched within 48 hours.
Payment
Payment by TT bank transfer. Structures: 50/50, 70/30, or 100% advance, agreed per order. Balance always before shipment, released against video proof of your finished parcel at the shipping office.
Freight
Base price FCA Sialkot: TGI hands the goods and the export documents to your carrier or your own agent at the factory, and your tracking starts there. For a sea container the basis is FOB Karachi. The buyer pays freight: ship on your own carrier account or your own forwarder, or have delivery arranged through TGI's logistics partner and quoted per destination.
