A reusable, battery-powered rigid laryngoscope handle with interchangeable stainless steel blades and fiber-optic illumination, used to guide breathing-tube placement during anesthesia and airway management.
What it is
A direct, rigid laryngoscope: a reusable battery-powered handle fitted with an interchangeable stainless steel blade. It lines up the airway so a clinician can see the vocal cords directly and guide a breathing tube into place. This is the fiber-optic version, where light travels down a fiber bundle from the handle to the blade tip instead of coming from a bulb in the blade. Two blade patterns exist: Macintosh, curved, for adults and older children, and Miller, straight, for newborns and infants.

What it does
- Manages the airway. It gives a direct line of sight to the vocal cords so a breathing tube can be passed, during anesthesia, emergency airway work and critical care.
- Examines the larynx and vocal cords for swelling, growths or foreign bodies.
- The curved Macintosh blade lifts the epiglottis indirectly. It is the standard first choice for older children and adults.
- The straight Miller blade lifts the epiglottis directly. It is preferred for newborns, infants and small children.
- Fiber-optic lighting puts the light source in the handle. That gives a cooler blade tip and brighter, more even light than a bulb in the blade.

TGI checks the material at the factory against its own requirement before it goes into production. That check is TGI's own inspection, not an independent laboratory test.
TGI manufactures in its own factory in Sialkot and also supplies articles made by contracted partner workshops, to TGI's specification. Which applies to a given article is confirmed on your order.
One-year guarantee on Premium and Executive tier instruments, hollowware and sterilization containers: any technical manufacturing defect, including material faults and rust, is replaced free of charge. Damage from handling or accidents is not covered. The year runs from the day the goods leave Sialkot.
If something is wrong with a delivery (a manufacturing defect, or a short or wrong article), tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, with a video and photographs of what arrived. Replacement instruments are sent free of charge and dispatched within 24 hours of us seeing them; you pay the shipping, and they reach you as a normal order does.
