Certificates and compliance

Is TGI ISO 13485 certified?
Yes. ISO 13485 certified, certificate by LL-C (Certification), valid to 04 Dec 2027. Verify it live at the certification body's online registry using the validity code printed on the certificate. Step-by-step verification instructions are on the certification page.

Does TGI have CE marking?
CE marking under manufacturer self-declaration for Class I, non-sterile, non-powered instruments under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR). This is not a Notified Body certificate, and the issuer, CNC Services, is not a Notified Body.

Is TGI FDA approved?
No, and here is the honest picture. U.S. FDA Import Alert 76-01: Green List. Tahir Group of Industries is listed on the FDA Green List (firms excluded from Detention Without Physical Examination of medical instruments from Pakistan), listed since 20 January 2016 across 13 device categories. The Green List is a border-detention exemption, not FDA market authorization. For buyers requiring FDA establishment registration for a long-term partnership, TGI completes the registration under a signed agreement with the buying partner.

Ordering, samples, payment and freight

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Minimum orders start at 25 sets. Every page states the minimum that applies to it: its own for the articles with a published specification, its category's for the rest. Examples: General Surgery Set from 25 sets, BP/scalpel handles from 300 instruments, kidney trays 200 pcs total with sizes mixed.

How do samples work?
Free samples for all buyers: you pay only the sample shipping cost. Samples dispatched within 48 hours.

What payment terms do you accept?
Payment by TT bank transfer. Structures: 50/50, 70/30, or 100% advance, agreed per order. Balance always before shipment, released against video proof of your finished parcel at the shipping office.

Who pays the freight, and can I use my own courier?
Base price FCA Sialkot: TGI hands the goods and the export documents to your carrier or your own agent at the factory, and your tracking starts there. For a sea container the basis is FOB Karachi. The buyer pays freight: ship on your own carrier account or your own forwarder, or have delivery arranged through TGI's logistics partner and quoted per destination. Your own account can be with any carrier: UPS, DHL or FedEx, for example. No freight rates are published here: the figure depends on weight, destination and the service you choose, so it reaches you in the written offer.

Which steel do you use?
Four locked quality tiers: Economy AISI 410 · Clinical AISI 420 · Premium AISI 420-440C · Executive AISI 440C. Hollowware and sterilization containers: Clinical AISI 202 · Premium and Executive AISI 304. All instruments and hollowware passivated. Do you guarantee your instruments?
One-year guarantee on Premium and Executive tier instruments, hollowware and sterilization containers: any technical manufacturing defect, including material faults and rust, is replaced free of charge. Damage from handling or accidents is not covered. The guarantee is written into TGI's offer terms in the same words it is published in here. An order already placed

Something is wrong with my delivery. What do I do?
If something is wrong with a delivery (a manufacturing defect, or a short or wrong article), tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, with a video and photographs of what arrived. Replacement instruments are sent free of charge and dispatched within 24 hours of us seeing them; you pay the shipping, and they reach you as a normal order does. Damage that happened after the goods left Sialkot is a claim against your carrier. The video of your parcel at the shipping office is sent to you before shipment and is the evidence that claim needs. After delivery, the same WhatsApp number handles replacements and answers technical questions about the instruments. The guarantee itself is on the how an order runs page.

TGI exports worldwide. In regulated markets, we supply under agreement with partners holding the required registrations, supported by our documentation, samples, and third-party-verifiable certificates.
Who do you supply?
Importers, distributors, medical suppliers and hospital chains: businesses that buy in quantity and resupply somebody else. Every inquiry is answered with a written quotation; there is no cart and no checkout.
