A single use laryngoscope: an AISI 304 stainless steel blade on a plastic or an AISI 304 stainless steel handle, fitted at the same hook on coupling a reusable blade uses, discarded after one patient. Blade sizes 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Made in more than one handle color.
What it is
A laryngoscope holds the tongue and soft tissue aside and lights the airway so a breathing tube can be placed under direct view. This one is built for a single patient and discarded afterwards rather than cleaned and reprocessed. The blade is metal, not molded plastic, and it fits the handle at the hook on coupling set out in ISO 7376, the same coupling a reusable blade uses, so it goes on a handle already in the room. It is made in more than one handle color; the color is a way of telling one instrument from another on a trolley and does not change what the instrument is.

What it does
- Gives a direct line of sight to the vocal cords so a breathing tube can be passed.
- Discarded after one patient, so no cleaning, no reprocessing and no tracking of reprocessing cycles.

TGI checks the material at the factory against its own requirement before it goes into production. That check is TGI's own inspection, not an independent laboratory test.
TGI manufactures in its own factory in Sialkot and also supplies articles made by contracted partner workshops, to TGI's specification. Which applies to a given article is confirmed on your order.
One-year guarantee on Premium and Executive tier instruments, hollowware and sterilization containers: any technical manufacturing defect, including material faults and rust, is replaced free of charge. Damage from handling or accidents is not covered. The year runs from the day the goods leave Sialkot.
