The complete ten electrode set: four sprung limb clamps for the wrists and ankles and six suction bulb electrodes for the chest positions V1 to V6, which is every electrode a 12 lead recording needs, under one part number.
A complete ECG electrode set carries every electrode a standard 12 lead recording needs under one part number: four limb electrodes and six chest electrodes. The four limb pieces are spring clamps that grip the forearm or wrist and the lower leg or ankle. The six chest pieces are suction bulb electrodes, a flexible bulb bonded to a metal cup, pressed on the chest at the positions V1 to V6 and held by the vacuum the bulb makes rather than by adhesive or a strap. Every piece carries a color from one code and one only. Under IEC 60601-2-25 the limb colors are red right arm, yellow left arm, green left leg and black right leg; under the American Heart Association code they are white right arm, black left arm, red left leg and green right leg. Smaller sets are sold as well, most often a four piece limb set or a six piece chest set on its own, so a set is described by which of the ten pieces are in it.

How it is built
- Supplied as loose electrodes under one part number, not as one molded assembly
- The complete set is ten pieces: four limb clamps and six chest suction bulbs, which is every electrode a 12 lead recording needs
- Limb piece: two molded arms on a pivot with a return spring and a conductive plate in one jaw
- Chest piece: a flexible rubber or silicone bulb bonded to a metal cup, held on the skin by the suction the bulb makes
- Conductive surfaces in stainless steel, or in brass plated with silver, silver chloride or nickel
- Fixed connector on each piece: a 4 mm banana plug, a 3 mm pin socket the trade calls DIN, or a screw or pinch post for a bare wire end
- Colored to one code and one only: IEC 60601-2-25 or the American Heart Association code, never mixed within a set
- Reusable, latex free, supplied non sterile
- Smaller sets are sold as well, commonly four limb pieces alone or six chest pieces alone

Every batch of steel is ordered to a specified grade and arrives with the mill's own certificate, which identifies the mill and states the grade. TGI checks the material at the factory against its own requirement before it goes into production. That check is TGI's own inspection, not an independent laboratory test.
TGI manufactures in its own factory in Sialkot and also supplies articles made by contracted partner workshops, to TGI's specification. Which applies to a given article is confirmed on your order.
One-year guarantee on Premium and Executive tier instruments, hollowware and sterilization containers: any technical manufacturing defect, including material faults and rust, is replaced free of charge. Damage from handling or accidents is not covered. The year runs from the day the goods leave Sialkot.
If something is wrong with a delivery (a manufacturing defect, or a short or wrong article), tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, with a video and photographs of what arrived. Replacement instruments are sent free of charge and dispatched within 24 hours of us seeing them; you pay the shipping, and they reach you as a normal order does.
Damage that happened after the goods left Sialkot is a claim against your carrier. The video of your parcel at the shipping office is sent to you before shipment and is the evidence that claim needs.
