Before you inquire

How an order runs, from first message to delivery.

Eight steps. No account, no cart, and neither a price nor a freight rate on this website: both reach you in a written offer. The terms below are the same ones printed on every product page.

The terms

Minimum order
Minimum orders start at 25 sets. Every page states the minimum that applies to it: its own for the articles with a published specification, its category's for the rest.
Lead times
Instruments ~2-3 weeks · full sets ~4-6 weeks after advance.
Samples
Free samples for all buyers: you pay only the sample shipping cost. Samples dispatched within 48 hours.
Payment
Payment by TT bank transfer. Structures: 50/50, 70/30, or 100% advance, agreed per order. Balance always before shipment, released against video proof of your finished parcel at the shipping office.
Freight
Base price FCA Sialkot: TGI hands the goods and the export documents to your carrier or your own agent at the factory, and your tracking starts there. For a sea container the basis is FOB Karachi. The buyer pays freight: ship on your own carrier account or your own forwarder, or have delivery arranged through TGI's logistics partner and quoted per destination.
Your own account can be with any carrier: UPS, DHL or FedEx, for example. No freight rates are published here: the figure depends on weight, destination and the service you choose, so it reaches you in the written offer.
Packaging
Customized packaging is part of what TGI supplies. Your own printed boxes, your labels, your brand on the pack, or plain export packing, whichever your market needs. The packing for your order is agreed with you and confirmed on the order.
Marking
Instruments are marked to the buyer's requirement (TGI, unmarked, or the buyer's own brand), agreed on the order.

01

You ask

Tell us the article, the tier and the quantity

Illustrative scene: A buyer preparing requirements and packaging references.

Use the inquiry form or WhatsApp. The form needs no account and no JavaScript. If you do not know the tier yet, say what the instrument is for and we will tell you which line the market you sell into normally takes: the four instrument tiers, or the two grades published for hollowware and sterilization containers.

02

We answer

A written offer, from a person

You get the specification, the steel tier, the minimum order quantity, the lead time and the freight basis in writing. No account, no login, and no price on this website: every figure comes to you in the offer.

03

You hold it

Samples before you commit

Free samples for all buyers: you pay only the sample shipping cost. Samples dispatched within 48 hours.

04

You order

The tier is written into the order and does not move

Illustrative scene: A written specification being reviewed and signed.
Illustrative scene

The steel tier you approved is the steel tier you receive, on this order and on repeat orders. That is what the locked lines are for: the specification is the thing we hold fixed between shipments.

05

You pay in parts

An advance, then the balance, never everything up front unless you choose it

Payment by TT bank transfer. Structures: 50/50, 70/30, or 100% advance, agreed per order. Balance always before shipment, released against video proof of your finished parcel at the shipping office.

06

You see it first

The balance is released against video of your finished parcel

This is the part worth reading twice. You are not paying the last instalment against a promise: you are paying it against your own goods, packed, on camera. Video proof reaches you before packaging, during packaging, and before the goods ship: the instruments themselves as they are packed, then your finished parcel at the shipping office. On a 100% advance there is no balance to hold it against and it is sent anyway.

07

It ships

Your carrier, your forwarder, or ours

08

It is covered

One year on the top two tiers

Illustrative scene

One-year guarantee on Premium and Executive tier instruments, hollowware and sterilization containers: any technical manufacturing defect, including material faults and rust, is replaced free of charge. Damage from handling or accidents is not covered. The year runs from the day the goods leave Sialkot. If something is wrong with a delivery (a manufacturing defect, or a short or wrong article), tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, with a video and photographs of what arrived. Replacement instruments are sent free of charge and dispatched within 24 hours of us seeing them; you pay the shipping, and they reach you as a normal order does. Damage that happened after the goods left Sialkot is a claim against your carrier. The video of your parcel at the shipping office is sent to you before shipment and is the evidence that claim needs. After delivery, the same WhatsApp number handles replacements and answers technical questions about the instruments.
