A reusable silicone birth-assist cup on a metal traction handle, used with an external vacuum source by a qualified obstetric clinician to assist vaginal delivery.
What it is
An obstetric vacuum-extraction cup and handle. A soft, translucent silicone bell-shaped cup sits on a ribbed silicone stem, seated in a chrome- or nickel-plated metal cross-bar traction handle with a locking clamp and a barbed nozzle for vacuum tubing. It works with an external vacuum source, hand, foot or electric, to assist a vaginal birth through controlled suction and manual traction on the baby's head. It is applied only by a qualified obstetric clinician.
Obstetricians and appropriately trained/credentialed birth attendants (midwives, where locally permitted), in a hospital or equipped delivery-room setting.

What it does
- Assists an instrumental vaginal birth. Vacuum creates negative pressure inside the cup against the baby's scalp, while the clinician pulls by hand through the handle.
- The cup is placed over the sagittal suture near the posterior fontanelle, following documented clinical technique.
- Connects by tubing to an external vacuum source: hand pump, foot pump or electric pump. The cup and handle work with any of them.
- Documented for use in vaginal birth and, in some sources, to help deliver the head during a caesarean section.
- Used by obstetricians and trained birth attendants, in a hospital or an equipped delivery room.

Every batch of steel is ordered to a specified grade and arrives with the mill's own certificate, which identifies the mill and states the grade. TGI checks the material at the factory against its own requirement before it goes into production. That check is TGI's own inspection, not an independent laboratory test.
TGI manufactures in its own factory in Sialkot and also supplies articles made by contracted partner workshops, to TGI's specification. Which applies to a given article is confirmed on your order.
One-year guarantee on Premium and Executive tier instruments, hollowware and sterilization containers: any technical manufacturing defect, including material faults and rust, is replaced free of charge. Damage from handling or accidents is not covered. The year runs from the day the goods leave Sialkot.
If something is wrong with a delivery (a manufacturing defect, or a short or wrong article), tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, with a video and photographs of what arrived. Replacement instruments are sent free of charge and dispatched within 24 hours of us seeing them; you pay the shipping, and they reach you as a normal order does.
Damage that happened after the goods left Sialkot is a claim against your carrier. The video of your parcel at the shipping office is sent to you before shipment and is the evidence that claim needs.
