Built for repeated use rather than a single procedure: the same two-button hand-switch layout, but rated for a stated number of autoclave sterilization cycles instead of being discarded after one use.
The hand-held holder that carries an electrosurgical electrode and connects it to the generator. The body is a molded insulated grip, shaped to be held like a pen. At the front is a collet or hex hub that takes a standard electrode shaft; a hex hub keys the electrode so it cannot rotate in the holder. At the back, a fixed cable runs to the generator. There are two control types and they are different parts: a hand-control pencil carries two color-coded switches on the body, one for cut and one for coagulation, built either as a rocker or as two push buttons, and ends in a three-pin connector; a foot-control pencil has no switches on the body at all and ends in a single pin. Both single-use and reusable versions are made, and reusable ones are rated for a limited number of sterilization cycles.

Every batch of steel is ordered to a specified grade and arrives with the mill's own certificate, which identifies the mill and states the grade. TGI checks the material at the factory against its own requirement before it goes into production. That check is TGI's own inspection, not an independent laboratory test.
TGI manufactures in its own factory in Sialkot and also supplies articles made by contracted partner workshops, to TGI's specification. Which applies to a given article is confirmed on your order.
One-year guarantee on Premium and Executive tier instruments, hollowware and sterilization containers: any technical manufacturing defect, including material faults and rust, is replaced free of charge. Damage from handling or accidents is not covered. The year runs from the day the goods leave Sialkot.
If something is wrong with a delivery (a manufacturing defect, or a short or wrong article), tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, with a video and photographs of what arrived. Replacement instruments are sent free of charge and dispatched within 24 hours of us seeing them; you pay the shipping, and they reach you as a normal order does.
Damage that happened after the goods left Sialkot is a claim against your carrier. The video of your parcel at the shipping office is sent to you before shipment and is the evidence that claim needs.
