A self-contained instrument with a pre-tensioned spring that resets automatically after every trigger pull, rather than a spring the operator must recompress by hand between activations.
A crown remover is any of several dental instruments built to detach a cemented crown or bridge from a tooth. The trade groups three distinct mechanisms under the name. The first is a mechanized impact tool shaped like a small gun or pen: a hook or blade tip is screwed into the body, a stored force is released with a trigger or push button, and the resulting short impulse breaks the cement bond through the tip. This impulse is stored either by a slide hammer weight the operator draws back by hand, or by an internal spring that is set once and released by a trigger or button; several interchangeable tips are commonly supplied with a small wrench so the tip can be swapped for the tooth being worked on. The second mechanism is a hand instrument used after the crown has already been sectioned (cut) with a bur: a one-piece mini-elevator pattern with a notched hook tip wedges into the cut and breaks the remaining cement seal, and a spreader pattern with a forked or multi-pronged tip, made either as a one-piece instrument or as a forceps whose beaks open inside the cut, pries the cut halves apart. The third mechanism is a hinged gripping instrument, either a spring-hinge plier whose beak hooks or clamps onto the crown body, or a ring-handled, box-jointed forceps whose jaw faces carry a hard, wear-resistant insert to grip a temporary or plastic crown from opposing surfaces without slipping, so it can be pulled rather than struck free.

This is the steel each line is made from as standard. A different origin can be supplied on request (a lower grade in Japanese steel, for example), agreed on your order.
Premium is the line where the choice is yours: 420 or 440C, agreed on your order. Economy is always 410 and Executive is always 440C. Those three are the instrument steels. Hollowware and sterilization containers are made in AISI 202 on a Clinical order and AISI 304 on a Premium or Executive one, and they are not offered in the Economy line at all, which is the section above.

Every batch of steel is ordered to a specified grade and arrives with the mill's own certificate, which identifies the mill and states the grade. TGI checks the material at the factory against its own requirement before it goes into production. That check is TGI's own inspection, not an independent laboratory test.
TGI manufactures in its own factory in Sialkot and also supplies articles made by contracted partner workshops, to TGI's specification. Which applies to a given article is confirmed on your order.
One-year guarantee on Premium and Executive tier instruments, hollowware and sterilization containers: any technical manufacturing defect, including material faults and rust, is replaced free of charge. Damage from handling or accidents is not covered. The year runs from the day the goods leave Sialkot.
If something is wrong with a delivery (a manufacturing defect, or a short or wrong article), tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, with a video and photographs of what arrived. Replacement instruments are sent free of charge and dispatched within 24 hours of us seeing them; you pay the shipping, and they reach you as a normal order does.
Damage that happened after the goods left Sialkot is a claim against your carrier. The video of your parcel at the shipping office is sent to you before shipment and is the evidence that claim needs.
